Atharva Vasadi Vati is an exclusive combination of Vasa - Yashti - Kankol. Vasa (Adhatoda vasika) is an unique herb that helps support the bronchial function with broncho-dilatory, expectorant and mucolytic properties. It normalizes lung function. In Ayurvedic texts this herb is defined to have properties like Dahashamak and to Relieve irritation. Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is a traditional medicien used for Sore throat with hoarseness of voice and cough. It modulates the immune stystem and has shown remarkable immuno-stimulant properties. It is immencely useful for improving voice quality. Kankol (Piper cubeba Linn) is a herb described in Ayurvedic text as 'Kaphaghna' i.e. reducing cough and the associated symptoms of it.
